only you would make a kugel after passover! aclutlay, there are many varieties of kugel out there. there’s noodle kugel and some others. when i was a kid, matzoh was such a big deal at our elementary school. the lunchroom would sell boards of it for a nickle during passover for the 10 jewish kids. idiot gentile that i am, i thought it was something to do with easter and begged my mom to buy the delicious cracker boards’ at the store so we could slather them with butter like we did at school. xxoxo
